01/02 October in Berlin / Some people say JSConf in April 2009 in Washington DC created the JavaScript community, others call it the best tech conference ever. Pretty much everybody who was there agrees that the conference had a very special spirit. With JSConf.eu we try to let that spirit live on and give JavaScript a home in Europe.

up.front is a user group focused on web design & frontend development topics, based in Berlin. Every second Tuesday of the month we meet at co.up, a co-working space in Kreuzberg, where we discuss everything related to webdesign and frontend development. Everyone is welcome to participate, either by attending or holding a talk themselves. We are very much looking forward to your talk proposals, be it a keynote or a 5 minute chat about your latest find on the web.

processing berlin is an initiative started to establish a regularly meeting in berlin for everybody who is interested in creative coding, generative art and design, designing with code or just programming. We are starting off with a monthly meeting and invite you to join us. Processing berlin is the right place if you want to share some of your latest projects and ideas, look out for collaborators, ask for help or just want to talk with like-minded people and to get to know each other a bit better.  Beside the monthly meeting and depending on the interest we would also like to take the chance and expand the idea of processing berlin and start to plan a 2-3 day event including some workshops and exhibitions for processings 10 year anniversary later this year.
